What is our return policy?
- If you're not happy with the product, file a return within 7 days of delivery.
- We only accept returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery.
- We will not accept product returns on used products.
- All returns must have a valid RMA numbers.
- Returns made due to a personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges and rush fees are not refundable.
What if the item arrives broken?
We have a superior packaging system, more than 99% of packages arrive flawlessly.
- In the event something arrives broken, incorrect, please file a claim with our team within 4 days of delivery.
- You have to provide an order number, and 3-4 clear images of the damage.
- We'll replace the broken item with a unit at no additional cost.
- We will ask you to send back the original defective item.
What if the package is returned to sender?
If the package is returned to sender due to invalid address, we can have it reshipped. You'll be charged for the cost.
