What is our return policy?

  • If you're not happy with the product, file a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • We only accept returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery.
  • We will not accept product returns on used products.
  • All returns must have a valid RMA numbers.
  • Returns made due to a personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges and rush fees are not refundable.

What if the item arrives broken?

  • We have a superior packaging system, more than 99% of packages arrive flawlessly.
  • In the event something arrives broken, incorrect, please file a claim with our team within 4 days of delivery.
  • You have to provide an order number, and 3-4 clear images of the damage. 
  • We'll replace the broken item with a unit at no additional cost.
  • We will ask you to send back the original defective item.

What if the package is returned to sender?

  • If the package is returned to sender due to invalid address, we can have it reshipped. You'll be charged for the cost.
